I get to know YOU…. your goals, lifestyle, activities, and food preferences with an intake form. We schedule a 1-hour telephone consult where WE collaborate together on balanced food concepts that fit your busy life and support your goals.
I translate your food concepts into a macro-based GUIDELINE on how to eat, which loosely followed, will meet your macros without tracking.
I specify your portions, and provide breakfast and a snack bank to help you get started, along with MIX and MATCH lists to encourage macro substitutions, which allows you to add variety and have food freedom.
I don’t eliminate any food groups unless you have intolerances, and I encourage whole foods and clean eating. You can expect steady, gradual weight loss with this approach without suffering, lol. Consistency in eating nutrient dense food is what drives long term results. It is not restrictive or diet-ish; it’s something you take forward as a lifestyle.
